Medico construction built our first clinic- Crescent Health Clinic, an integrative wellness clinic in South Surrey. After meeting with a number of contractors regarding our clinic's unique needs we decided to work with Medico Construction. We initially were compelled to work with Team Medico because they offered a number of unique attributes- transparency, flexibility, and integrity. As this was the first experience for us we were not sure what to expect. Medico was able to articulate the scope of the project and was able to clearly communicate areas he anticipated there would be difficulties. This helped us manage our expectations and understand what the project entails including which factors he could control and which were beyond his control.
Team Medico was easy to work with and very helpful during the entire process. They genuinely cared about our project and spent time and attention to ensure we had a beautiful, well-made clinic. They went above and beyond to pave as smooth a journey as possible for us.
It was very nice to work with a group of individuals whose background is in the Optometry industry. The knowledge of equipment, space planning requirements and patient flow was outstanding. Team Medico knew exactly what we needed for our exam lanes, dispensary and how to maximize the use of our equipment. Knowing that our contractor knew the importance of this really made us feel comfortable and really made us trust Medico. We are more than pleased with the outcome of our clinic.
Team Medico completed a full build out of my 2600sf space from dirt floors to beautifully finished optometry clinic and optical dispensary. I was very particular in the look, function, and materials that I wanted for my building. The final product met and exceeded my original vision in both aesthetics and function. Medico’s method of communication is excellent and he managed the trades extremely well. I highly recommend Team Medico and their talented, skilled, experienced team for anyone wanting quality work.
